Description:
Located at the top of Rist Canyon, this family-oriented ranch spans a mountain range
that parallels the foothills to the east and the Continental Divide to the west. Thousands of
acres of ridge-top dip and weave through pine forests, rocky outcrops and rolling meadows.
Panoramic views from almost any rocky know take in Rocky Mountain National Park, the
Mummy Range, the Poudre Canyon and Red Feather Lakes areas, Stove Prairie and both
Horsetooth Rock and Grey Rock. Here, the sky and land meet in the freedom of space and
openness. Deer, hawks, coyotes, bear, mountain lions and blue herons appear frequently in
this high country home.

Directions:

Take a left out of Mountain Whitewater Descents onto Hwy 287.
Take Hwy 287 1 ½ miles to Vern’s Restaurant (Hwy 287 turns into road 54G).
Turn left at Vern’s onto County Road 52E (Rist Canyon Road). Go through the town
of Belleview and west up the canyon, about 12 miles.
At the top of a switch back section of read, turn at Tip Top Guest Ranch sign and
continue to brown metal gate.
Come through the gate and follow the road one more mile.
