Consisting of:
The structure corresponds to the static requirements
and calculations. The design loads in accordance with
DIN 1055 are included in the gate construction. The
gate body is carried out horizontally cantilevered
through two successively-mounted roller blocks. Said
rollers are mounted on ball bearings and have high capacity. TÜV type tests are mandatory. A unified performance declaration of the European Community Machinery Directive EN 2006/42 EC must be enclosed.
The special design of the lower spar is statically sized
with a minimum tensile strength of 500 N / mm ² and
prepared for the concealed accommodation of the support structure.
The gate body has an oblique load end with an adjusting unit for a durable, dimensionally stable bias voltage.
The entire roller-mechanism is mounted on ball bearings and consists of two supporting roles as well as a
supporting role to accommodate the shear forces. The
supporting structures are axial and radial loads and low
maintenance. The guide post consists of a QR 140 mm
with a guide unit. This is equipped with 2 polyurethane
wheels with a 65 ° Shore A hardness. This design eliminated the aluminium wearing strips on the gate leaf.
Contamination by aluminium abrasion is therefore excluded. Inlet post for fixing in closed state is also made
of a QR 140 mm with an adjustable inlet leading shoe
and fork. Outlet post for fixing in open state consists of
a 100 mm QR with an adjustable ramp shoe.

Locking:
Optional for manual execution: Compact safety lever mortise
lock with galvanized, stainless steel lock, profile cylinder with
3 keys and profile cylinder rosettes of light metal.
Electric drive:
24V/DC:
The Type We-Tronic "Eco" matches highest industry
standard. The safety device is mandatory for the control
type We-Tronic “Eco” (automatic mode latching), according to UVV guidelines. The two safety bars on
guide posts, incl. associated evaluation secure shearing
and crushing. The pinch points at the main closing
edges are secured by an electronic power limit of the
drive and the light beams. The system is self-monitoring

with the latest European standards including EN 12453
and EN 13241-1 and the requirements of the trade association. The drive is located inside of the sliding gate,
fixed to the boom of the front roller block; parallel to the
sliding gate. The complete drive and control are positioned below a lockable stainless steel cover.
We-Tronic II:
The safety device is mandatory for the control (automatic mode), according to UVV guidelines. Up to 5 safety
bars and light barriers, incl. associated evaluation secure all shearing and crushing. The system is selfmonitoring and operates according to the guidelines for
power-operated doors and gates. The transit area is
additionally secured by the prescribed light beams.
Optional LED (*) on the guide rails or running post allow
to display the different states of the gate. Following
modes can be generated e.g.: Green: open gate, flashing yellow: gate in motion and red: closed gate.
In addition, the We-Tronic II allows controlling of optional traffic lights and rotating beacons.
The drive of the door is effected both at the 24V/DC motor
as well as at the We-Tronic II in conjunction with a 0.18 kW
drive motor via a maintenance-free and damped plastic rack
(Modul5) which is fixed to the sliding gate. This compensates
all load-change reactions. The plastic gear rack does not require
grease lubrication and thus cannot be contaminated.
Installation:
The gate is mounted in the correct height, plumb and
properly aligned on concrete foundations according to
the manufacturer's instructions. Electrical supply lines
on site.
