
Detail-oriented.
Demonstrated in my role as Intern at Capital 1000. Whilst I was managing the accounting data and
business transactions and entering these into the system for a property company, I found that some
figures were a mismatch compared with the bank statements. I contacted their manager, reconfirmed the
proper details and entered these into the system. I helped prevent a potential loss and rework.

Time management.
As a proactive team member, business project, whilst participating in the Navitas Professional Year
Workplace Readiness Program (Australian Federal Government initiative), I was accountable for both
working in a team of seven participants and delivering the proposed project (Conceptualisation to
implementation stage) to Navitas within the allocated time lines and presenting the finding and inferences
to the trainer and audience within the specific and demanding timelines.

Customer service.
Consistently demonstrate as Waitress at Thai Power in Neutral Bay whilst providing superior customer
service to ensure we have high levels of customer retention and referrals to maintain and grow the
