Rosettes to 5th place all classes. All prize money MUST be collected on the day of the show, otherwise it will be forfeited. Entries will not be accepted
without the appropriate fee. If 6 or less competitors in any class then only 1st prize money will be awarded.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for any loss, damage, injury or illness sustained by the exhibitors, riders or their horses or
ponies and all entries are accepted on this basis.
2. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or amalgamate any classes if there are insufficient entries or to amend the conditions of any class at
their discretion.3. Entries will not be acknowledged unless a stamped addressed envelope is submitted with the entry.
4. No numbers will be sent to exhibitors before the show date.Competitors’ numbers to be collected from the secretary’s office on showground.
5. Membership and Registration will be suspended immediately, if cheques payable to the BSPS., the BSPS Championships Show or a BSPS Area are
not honoured by the bank or if there is any money owing to the BSPS, the Championships Show or a BSPS Area or A BSPS Affiliated show or if ANY
TROPHIES belonging to the BSPS, the BSPS Championships Show or a BSPS Area are not returned by the requested date. A surcharge of £10 will be
charged if cheques have to be represented,
6. The judges listed in the schedule have accepted our invitation to judge but the committee reserve the right to appoint substitutes should any of
the appointed judges withdraw or classes over run.
7. THE TIMETABLE IS PROVISIONAL AND THE COMMITTEE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND AT THEIR DISCRETION. Every effort is made to avoid
clashing of classes but IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPETITOR TO ENSURE THEY CAN COMPETE IN THE CLASSES ENTERED. THE COMMITTEE
RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE SHOW
8. Committee decisions will be final.
9. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE LITTER OR MUCK OUT LORRIES ON THE SHOWGROUND.ALL DOGS ON MUST BE ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES. NO HORSES TO
BE TIED TO THE SIDE OF HORSE BOXES.
10. All trophy winners must sign for their trophies and return them to the secretary promptly and in good repair when requested.
11. All competitors and visitors to the show MUST adhere to the requests of the car parking attendants or you will be requested to
leave the showground.

BSPS RULES - AFFILIATION No: 56/15
This show is affiliated to the BSPS and all classes are held in accordance with the 2015 Rule & Show Handbook and all persons entering, competing,
showing or otherwise taking part in BSPS classes, whether or not members of the BSPS are subject to the Constitution and Rules of the BSPS including
the disciplinary procedures and shall be deemed to have consented to the jurisdiction of the BSPS. Any pony taking part in classes judged under BSPS
Rules will be liable to dope testing. Owners and riders must be BSPS members to compete in classes with qualification for BLUE RIBAND, (RIHS)
(including Pretty Polly & Heritage qualifying classes) and animals must be registered with the BSPS, except for the Anglo & PB Arabs who must be
registered with the AHS
QUALIFICATIONS
This show is a qualifier for the Royal International Horse Show. Only one pony in each of the Open Ridden Show Pony Classes (75-77), Lead Rein
Show Pony (73) First Ridden Show Pony (74) Lead Rein Hunter Type (29) Open Show Hunter Classes (25-28), Open Working Hunter Classes (8-10),
Nursery Stakes class (7), Intermediate classes (11, 85-87) Pretty Polly Mixed Height Show Pony (64), Pretty Polly Heritage Lead Rein (65) Pretty Polly
Heritage First Ridden (66), Pretty Polly Show Hunter Pony (23-24) and Ridden Arab/Part Bred (78-79), Highest placed in championship from top four
from classes 52 & 53 and Open Heritage Ridden (53-57) qualifies being the highest (not already qualified) from the first three ponies. This show is a
qualifier for the BSPS Summer Championships to be held at the Arena UK, Grantham. 1st & 2nd Prize winners will qualify in classes 1-3, 6, 7, 8-10, 1518, 20-22, 25-28, 41-43, 71-72, 73-77, . 1st 2nd & 3rd prize winners in classes 4, 5, 11, 35-38, 47-51, 53-57, 60-61, 85-87, 91-93 1st –4th prize winners

Open SHP Classes, Open Lead Rein & First Ridden, Open SRT & SH.The 1st placed pony from the Heritage M&M open classes will qualify for the BSPS

that has not qualified for the 2015 Horse of the Year Show in the appropriate class will qualify. If the highest placed pony has already qualified then

This show is a qualifier for the ‘BSPS Premier League’. The 1st, 2nd, 3RD & 4TH prize winners in the following classes will qualify: Cradle stakes (5),

The final of this will be held on Saturday 25TH July 2015 at the BSPS Area 2B Summer Show – venue Myerscough College, Bilsborrow. Qualification is
available at shows throughout Area 2B as indicated in the schedules. Further details of where to qualify are available on the web site
www.bspsarea2b.com. At the final the prizes will be as follows: 1st £250.00, 2nd £100.00, 3rd £50.00, 4th £25.00, 5th £25.00 with all finalists receiving a
Commerative Rosette. Entry to the final is free to all qualified competitors who must return their qualification card in advance to enter. Further

This show is a qualifying show for the Cherif Championship 2015. All details and qualifying cards at £25 each (cqs. payable to Cherif Championships)
from Miss L Temple, The Stables, Ashton Gifford Lane, Codford, Wiltshire, BA12 0JX. Please state the name and accurate height of the horse/pony.

members. Registration numbers must be declared when entering. A copy of the registration papers must be forwarded when entering.
THE OLYMPIA ANTHONY EVANS SSADL FIRST ROUND QUALIFIER 2015 (Senior Showing & Dressage Ltd)
The Olympia Anthony Evans SSADL First Round Qualifiers are open to both members and non-members of the Senior Showing & Dressage Ltd. Please
note all competitors must acquaint themselves with the rules of the SSAD Ltd found at www.seniorshowinganddressage.co.uk. No spurs, galloping or
wearing of face/body jewellery is permitted. Foals are not permitted. Minimum age for handler in hand classes is 9yrs. Minimum age of handlers for
stallions in hand- ridden competitors must be over 16 yrs. of age. Competitors cannot enter the ring once the command has been given to trot.
Qualification cards will be handed out in the ring at the time of presentation. Competitors only need one qualification card for in hand and one
qualification card for ridden. If already qualified this card must be handed down the line. Next Stage The Olympia Anthony Evans SSADL Second
Round Qualifier – you can only compete in the Olympia Anthony Evans SSADL Second Round Qualifiers, if you are a 2015 affiliated rider/handler and
your animal is registered with a SSAD Ltd and hold the 2015member/registration card. Once you have qualified at a 1st round Qualifier and you have
received an Acceptance card, only then may you compete in the Olympia Anthony Evans second round qualifier. The Second Round Champions will
go on to compete at the Olympia Anthony Evans SSADL Supreme Final at the London International Horse Show at Olympia in December.

THE LEAVENTHORPE SUPREME MINI PONY CHAMPIONSHIP - The final to be held at the NORTH OF ENGLAND SUMMER PONY SHOW on 11TH July
2015. THE MINI SHOW PONY CHAMPION, MINI M&M CHAMPION, AND LEAD REIN of HUNTER TYPE WINNER (Class29) will qualify. If the Champion
has already qualified then the Reserve Champion will go forward. Only the Champion or Reserve Champion will qualify. If the Winner of the L/R HT
has qualified has already qualified then the 2nd Prize-winner will go forward. Only the 1st or 2nd Prize-winner may qualify. Prize Money at final to

DIRECTIONS TO THE SHOWGROUND
From the M6 North - At junction 32 take the A6 exit to Preston/Garstang. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Garstang Rd/A6
heading to Garstang. At the traffic lights turn right at Whittingham Lane (B5269) (Burlingtons restaurant on junction). Follow the
B5269 for approx. 5 miles until you come to Longridge. At the mini roundabout go straight over and follow road for approx. 1 mile –
show entrance is on the right hand side on the B6243 just after the sign reading Hothersall.
From the M6 South – At junction 31a, take the B6242 exit to Longridge. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Bluebell Way/B6242
heading to Longridge/B6243. At the roundabout take 3rd exit onto B6242 heading to Longridge /B6243. At the roundabout, take 1st
exit onto Longridge Rd/B6243 – continue for approx. 4 miles, pass over 1 roundabout. As you approach Longridge, you come to a mini
roundabout (Old Oak Pub in front of you)–keep right at roundabout and follow road to T junction at end. Turn right at the T junction
and show ground is on the right hand side on the B6243 just after the sign reading Hothersall.
From A59 Clitheroe – At traffic lights turn right at Ribchester Road /B6245 Follow the B6245 into the centre of Ribchester and turn
right at the T Junction. Follow the road for approx. 2 miles towards Longridge, after you pass the Corporation Arms the show is on the
left hand side.
From A59 Preston – Follow A59 through Preston, continue onto the Ring Way /A6. Take a left at Church Street, continue along
Ribbleton Lane B6243 for approx. 2 miles- at the roundabout keep right on the B6243. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto
Longridge Road/B6243. Continue for approx. 4 miles, pass over 1 roundabout. As you approach Longridge, you come to a mini
