All template & primers must be in the same tube, 10 l in total volume, primer 3.2 pmole (Tm of 50 - 55˚C).
Template amounts:
ss DNA: 50 - 100 ng per 1 kb; ds DNA (plasmid): 150ng per kb and 500-600ng for
anything over 3kb;
PCR products: 10 ng per 100 bp; Genomic DNA @ 2-3µg per 10 µl.
Sample cost £3.60 each, and turnaround time is approximately 2 working days
All results distributed via our server, which can be accessed from both PC's and Macs using the same
access details. Login details will be supplied by the Facility via email on the first occasion; please specify
your choice of sequence format (default is PC):
