A. COURSE DESCRIPTION
To teach basic Japanese alphabet - 50 letters and simple daily conversation
and try to make students learn the most fundamental Japanese.
B. COURSE OBJECTIVES
1. Students will learn the basic hiragana and katakana of Japanese alphabet - 50
letters.
2. Students will be able to speak simple Japanese.

L. CLASSROOM RULES OF CONDUCT
1. Regular attendance is expected, those who absent from class twice will result in an
obligatory study report and 2 points deduction from participation。
2. No late submission is allowed, violator is punished by 2 points deduction of his/her
classroom participation。
3. If you are required to leave the room due to emergency, please just do it quietly。
4. I do encourage and expect students to fully express themselves in class。
