Summer project (8 weeks): Statkraft is offering 10 third-year students the chance to participate in a
multi-disciplinary summer project, based at our head office in Oslo. We are looking for students who are
interested in power/energy systems, international power trading, finance/economy, business strategy,
the environment, international politics and statistics/analysis. Students must have access to
accommodation in Oslo during this period. Participants in the summer project will receive the same
remuneration as those employed in other summer jobs within the company. Application deadline: 30.

Trainee program (2 years): Internal training with regard to energy production, power trading, production
and maintenance optimisation, internal courses in regional water systems and production units, and
environmental problems as well as “In depth specialist studies” in a specific specialist field. The trainee
program will run over two years, with periods of approximately six months spent at power plants,
regional offices, the head office and the development division.
