Introduction:
St Pauls Catholic College educates young men from Years 7-12 within the Catholic Diocese of Parramatta and is
located at Greystanes within the grounds of Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish.

Responsibility and Duties:
The TAS teacher is the person who, by specialist knowledge, experience and commitment, educates students in the
curriculum areas of TAS (Stages 4, 5 and 6). The TAS teacher assists the KLA Teaching and Learning Coordinators,
Year Coordinators and College Executive in the implementation of College policy.
The Principal reserves the right to vary the duties of the position during the contractual period.

Essential Criteria:
An understanding of and a commitment to the mission of Catholic education.
Experience in teaching TAS based courses in Stages 4, 5 & 6
Ability to teach in another Key Learning Area
An educational vision in terms of effective teaching practices
Demonstrated initiative, especially in relation to problem solving
Proven skills in written and oral communications
Contract / Remuneration
Salary is in accord with the Award as outlined on CEO Parramatta website.
Referees
A minimum of three referees is required.
