WIREWRAP PENDANT By Lorinda Niemi Cost: $50 includes cabochon wire extra
Description: In this 4-hour class, Design & build a pendant frame for a stone cabochon
using square & half round wire. Create a seamless framework without glue or soldering with
this unique decorative accent.

Peyote Stitch Bezel $24 Includes Kit
Weave a bezel of seed beads for any crystal stone, cabochon or other piece
without a hole. It’s a beautiful way to incorporate a stone into jewelry without a
metal setting. After class, add your bezel to a ring, leather bracelet or necklace.
Kit includes Swarovski crystal and beads to make your bezel. Students are
welcome to select their own stone & beads and receive a $3.75 kit refund.

Introduction to Beaded Jewelry- $18.00 plus kit (Kits $7 and up)
This class is a must for your beading endeavors. Topics that will be covered include basic design, choosing the correct
cord for your projects; basic tools, findings (Crimps, jump rings, memory wire, leather & earring findings). Students will
make a bracelet.

Professional Wire Wrapping $18 plus supplies
Wire wrapping is used to secure a clasp or jump ring to your project, or add charms to a bracelet, add
beads to chain and to make secure professional looking earrings. This class is your second “must have”
class in your beading endeavors. This is your springboard into half of the projects you will make in the
future. Class project: Wire wrapping beads onto chain to make a necklace or bracelet. Students may select
from base metal, Sterling or 14K Gold Filled chain and findings.

PEYOTE STITCH Bracelet- $24 plus supplies
Peyote stitch is a pattern used to weave beads together using a needle and thread. Flat peyote patterns are a favorite
of both beginner and experienced beaders for the beautiful designs and colors used in them. Peyote beading is
considered to be a form of quiet, mindful meditation for many beaders throughout the world. The stitch will be
perfected during class with confidence to complete your bracelet at home.
Tuesday November 3 (5:30-8pm)
TILA CUFF Bracelet: $18 plus supplies
You will learn how to create a three-row cuff bracelet out of the Tila two-holed flat beads. The beads are woven inbetween leather and fastened with a button. This creates a very lightweight cuff that is easy to make and fun to wear.

ARTFUL RESIN – With guest instructor Karen Trimble Shell
Cost $50 includes all supplies.
In this three- hour workshop taught by jewelry designer and award winner Karen Trimble-Shell,
you will design and create TWO of your own colorful pendants! Select from a wide variety of
artisan papers and images, cut and collage your own masterpieces. You’ll then encase your
artworks in silver settings using two-part epoxy resin. Learn the secrets to working with this fun
and exciting medium!

Great looking “Chunky” necklace! Using 6mm and 8mm round beads (8-MM Bead hole size must fit
10-strands of illusion cord). Works great with 8MM Swarovski or Economy glass. Learn the right angle
weave to make this one-of-a-kind piece.

Hand Knotting: $18 plus supplies
Learn the timeless technique used to space and protect your precious gems and pearls. Students will learn to
make consistent knots while working on your pearl or gemstone bracelet; and then finish that bracelet using
clamshell closures.

Bronze Clay Creations

BRONZclay is a non-toxic metal clay product used to create one-of-a kind decorative pieces. It can be
pinched, rolled, sculpted and manipulated then fires in a kiln using a special firing procedure.
Use your imagination to experiment with this product because just about anything can be sculpted,
formed and molded.

Wrapped up in Leather

For a Chic Bohemian look learn to weave beads between strands of leather and wrap around your wrist one to four
times. Bead choices are endless with this weaving technique.

PARTY BRACELET
$18 plus supplies
You will learn to weave a core of seed beads and thicken the bracelet with shining crystal, glass, or
gemstones. This makes a stunning evening out piece of jewelry. Students will start this project but will
not finish bracelet in class.

MALA Necklace FOR MEDITATION - YOGA

Mala Beads are a set of beads typically 108 beads that have been traditionally used for meditation and yoga.
You may choose from hundreds of gemstones, which are believed to offer different healing qualities. We will
help you layout your Mala with beads that best fit your personality or chakra adding a Guru bead (center piece)
along with a tassel or pendant of your choosing. If you want to make your own tassel with a specific color that
we do not carry, we recommend you make one prior to the class. This is a basic beading class for beginners.

Beaded Tassel

This fun beaded tassel incorporates a chevron pattern with tubular, even count peyote stitch. You will use size
11 and size 15 seed beads, Fireline, and a beading needle. Once the technique is mastered, any pattern or
color combination can be used! These tassels look great with beads or a chain for a trendy necklace, or try
making two for a pair of earrings! Prerequisite: Peyote Stitch Bracelet Class or Peyote Bezel Class
