Stark County Livestock Testing for
4-H Show and Jr. Fair
Prior to the 4-H Show and Jr. Fair, the Wyoming Vet Service will check all swine and
cattle. The animals will be checked Tuesday, June 12, 2012 from 9 am to 4 pm. The
cost of the health check June 12 will be less than a health check made to each separate
farm at another time. Bucket Calves do not need a health check.
The following must have a health certificate: Swine, Cattle, Dairy Cattle and Goats –
Horses need Coggins test.
This form must be signed and returned to Wyoming Vet Service, 110 West Williams
St., PO Box 240, Wyoming, IL 61491 before June 12. If you have any questions,
please call the Wyoming Vet Office at (309) 695-2561 or to schedule an available time.
If you have a conflict with the June 12 date, call the vet office to reschedule, but be sure
to let the office know what the visit will be for.
Test results will be back in time for all fairs, including Henry County and Peoria.
Please stop by my farm June 12 to inspect, blood test and/or vaccinate my 4-H
