(Anticipate arriving 15 minutes earlier than the opening time to review
your assignment, and staying 15 minutes after closing to tidy up and
prepare for the next day.)

Additional Important Dates:
 Item Drop-off: Thursday, October 1 thru Thursday, November 5.
Please place items in cordoned-off area in library annex. All items must be dropped off no
later than Thursday, November 5 (prior to or after the meeting).
 Signed Contract & Inventory Sheet Drop-off: No later than Thursday, November 5 (prior
to or after the meeting). Please place documents in designated trays in the library annex.
 On-line Inventory Deadline: No later than November 5..
 Unsold Item Pick-up: Sunday, November 15, after the close of the sale, through
Saturday, December 5.
All items must picked by Saturday, December 5 (before, after, or during our Holiday Party).
Sale checks will be mailed in early December rather than handed out at the Holiday Party.
