Sale Merchandise Set-up: Thursday, November 12 o Sale: o Sale Take-down: Monday, November 16 9:00am – 1:00pm Friday, November 13 4:00pm – 8:00pm Saturday, November 14 10:00am – 4:00pm Sunday, November 15 NOON – 4:00pm (Anticipate arriving 15 minutes earlier than the opening time to review your assignment, and staying 15 minutes after closing to tidy up and prepare for the next day.) 10:00am Additional Important Dates: Item Drop-off: Thursday, October 1 thru Thursday, November 5. Please place items in cordoned-off area in library annex. All items must be dropped off no later than Thursday, November 5 (prior to or after the meeting). Signed Contract & Inventory Sheet Drop-off: No later than Thursday, November 5 (prior to or after the meeting). Please place documents in designated trays in the library annex. On-line Inventory Deadline: No later than November 5.. Unsold Item Pick-up: Sunday, November 15, after the close of the sale, through Saturday, December 5. All items must picked by Saturday, December 5 (before, after, or during our Holiday Party). Sale checks will be mailed in early December rather than handed out at the Holiday Party.
