I-77 North and South
 Take Tupper’s Creek Exit #111
 Turn left if traveling North, turn right if traveling South
 Travel approximately 1.0 miles to the stop sign; turn left onto Route 21.
 Travel approximately 1.5 miles and turn right at the blue and gold sign “Gus R. Douglass
Agricultural Center at Guthrie” on the right-hand side of the road.
 Go to the top of the mountain and turn left at the stop sign; this takes you into the Ag
Complex.
 WV Conservation Agency is located in Building 5 which is the second brick building on
the left.
I-79 South
 Take I-77 North Towards Parkersburg
 Take Edens Fork Exit #106 and turn left.
 Travel approximately 2.0 miles.
 At the traffic light, turn right on to Route 21.
 Travel approximately 3.0 miles on Route 21.
 Turn right at the blue and gold sign “Gus R. Douglass Agricultural Center at Guthrie” on
the right-hand side of the road.
 Go to the top of the mountain and turn left at the stop sign; this takes you into the Ag
Complex.
 WV Conservation Agency is located in Building 5 which is the second brick building on
the left.

complex, which lies between the Elk River, and Route 4 on the left.

 Take Lewisburg Exit #169, turn left onto US Route 219 North.
 Travel approximately 1.0 miles, turn right onto Northridge Drive, between the Bank of
Monroe and the Shell (Stop-In) station.
 USDA Service Center is the first driveway on the left, directly behind the Shell Station.
It is a red brick building. Turn onto the first driveway past the Bank of Monroe.
I-64 East (Roanoke/Covington/White Sulphur Springs)
 Take Lewisburg Exit #169.
 Turn right onto US Route 219 North.
 Travel approximately 1.0 miles, turn right onto Northridge Drive, between the Bank of
Monroe and the Shell (Stop-In) station.
 USDA Service Center is the first driveway on the left, directly behind the Shell Station
(red brick building). Turn onto the first driveway past the Bank of Monroe.

 Follow this street towards the Ohio River (West) past two baseball fields.
 Turn right at the end of the second ball field (at home plate).
 The office is located in the new USDA Service Center Building (gray building with green
metal roof).
Traveling from the South
 Follow Route 2 past the 12th Street Exit for McMechen. The Industrial Park Road is just
North of the overpass.
 Be in the left-hand lane to turn left off of Route 2.
 Follow this street towards the Ohio River (West) past two baseball fields.
 Turn right at the end of the second ball field (at home plate).
 The office is located in the new USDA Service Center Building (gray building with green
metal roof).

 From Summersville, travel on Route 19 South for approximately 30.0 miles to Oak Hill.
 Take the Main Street Exit and turn right at the exit.
 Travel through 2 traffic lights. At the 3rd traffic light, turn right onto Maple Avenue.
 Travel approximately 0.1 miles to the Kominsky Chiropractor building on the left (a big
metal building).
 The office is located in this building in Room 219.

 Take Exit 34 at Frostburg, Maryland toward Westernport on Route 36.
 At Westernport, take Route 135 South toward Keyser.
 Turn right onto Route 220 and follow it through Keyser toward New Creek.
 Turn left, approximately 5.0 miles South of Keyser onto Route 50/220.
 Follow Route 50 East into Romney (approximately 20.0 miles).
 Continue through town on Route 50 East.
 The District office is located on right side of Route 50 in the “Heritage Hill Office
Building” on the second floor.
 The office is located directly across from Romney Southern States Co-Op.

 Take Route 33 Exit at Weston and follow it East to Seneca Rocks.
 Follow Route 55/28 Northeast through Petersburg to Moorefield.
 Turn right at the Moorefield Industrial Park access road. The office is located off the
right-hand side access road in the “Regional Agriculture Building,” which can be seen
from Route 55/28/220.
Route 50 - Parkersburg
 Follow Route 50 East to the outskirts of Keyser.
 Take Route 220/50 South to Junction, and then turn right onto Route 220/28 to
Moorefield.
 Proceed South through Moorefield, passing Hardy’s Restaurant, and 84 Lumber on the
right.
 Turn right at the Moorefield Industrial Park access road. The office is located off the
right-hand side access road in the “Regional Agriculture Building,” which can be seen
from Route 55/28/220.
I-68 East
 Take Exit #34 at Frostburg, Maryland toward Westernport on Route 36.
 At Westernport, take Route 135 South toward Keyser.
 Turn right just outside Keyser onto Route 220 and follow it through Keyser toward New
Creek.
 Turn left, approximately 5.0 miles South of Keyser onto Route 50/220 and follow it to
Junction.
 Turn right onto Route 220/28 to Moorefield.
 Turn right at the Moorefield Industrial Park access road. The office is located off righthand side access road in the “Regional Agriculture Building,” which can be seen from
Route 55/28/220.

 Office is located in a yellow, two story building. (There is a dance studio downstairs).
 WVCA office is upstairs, enter by using the ramp in the back of the building.

 Continue into Romney past Burger King and Food Lion (right), the road becomes 3 lanes.
 Travel approximately 0.5 miles, WVCA office will be on your left.

 Take Exit #48 (North Beckley Exit) onto Route 19 North.
 Then take first Exit off Route 19 North and travel approximately 2.0 miles.

 Travel approximately 1.0 miles and the office is located on the left.

 Take Route 18 North to Middlebourne and travel approximately 30.0 miles.
 Coming from this direction you will travel through the city limits, before reaching the
“Middlebourne Service Center.”
 The “USDA Service Center” sits just outside of Middlebourne city limits.

 Travel on Route 62 for approximately 9.0 miles to Route 2 South.
 Turn left onto Route 2, going approximately 20.0 miles.
 Travel on Route 2 into Point Pleasant.
 Go through the traffic light at McDonald's, turning left onto Main Street.
 Travel on Main Street to First Street, then turn left onto First Street.
 Office is located in the 2nd building on right before new bridge.

 Take the WV-7 exit, EXIT 4, toward Sabraton.
 Turn right at the end of the exit ramp onto WV-7/Earl L Core Rd.
 Go thru three traffic lights after turning onto WV-7/Earl L Core Rd.
 1550 Earl Core Road is on the right. The building is a two story brick building with no
sign. Natural Resources Conservation Service is on the second floor.
