Father/Daughter Dance ~ 2013
It will be an enchanting evening of dancing, light refreshments, and fun! This years theme is Mardi Gras. We
plan to have a photographer available to take that special picture so dress to impress! It is sure to be a
glamorous night for all of the little girls and their Dads/Significant Male.

Tickets are $8 per couple or $12 per family. To attend daughters must be a student at either Orange Avenue or Calf Pen
Meadow. Please return the bottom portion of this form along with payment in an envelope labeled “Father Daughter
Dance” to the main office of your daughter’s school. Checks should be made out to “Orange Avenue School PTA.” If
purchasing tickets for more than one daughter, please send in the payment with the older sibling. Tickets will not
be sent home, there will be an attendance list at the door.
