AS2: Citizenship
Create a PowerPoint or similar graphic presentation about the historical changes in those seeking
citizenship over the years.
Your presentation should include the following:

At least 2 slides about what you think makes a ‘good’ citizen

At least 2 slides about the current requirements of citizenship and the process of becoming
a citizen

At least 3 slides about the difference between treatment of different groups of immigrants
seeking citizenship at different times in our nation’s history (hint, a crisis in another
country usually stimulates a large increase in immigrants)

At least 2 slides about the reforms and acts for immigration and citizenship

At least 3 slides about the cultural impact of different groups of citizens

At least 2 slides showing what you think will be the ‘future’ of citizenship (while Latin
American citizenship should be a part of this, they are not the only citizens in the United
States so be sure to expand your ideas to more than just this area)
