“Going for a Song” – CMSS Silent Auction 2010
New this year! Early bidding on Silent Auction Items!
Silent Auction items will accept advanced bidding from noon Monday, May 10- noon Monday,
May 17. Bids can be placed in advance on silent auction items by calling the Community Music
School at 413-732-8428. Advanced bidding will close Monday May 17 at noon.
Wednesday, May 19 Silent Auction bidding will end at 7:15 pm sharp. The valid final
bidder will be deemed the winner. Top bidding numbers will be posted next to the item number
on the Board at the conclusion of the Concert. If you are in attendance, please go to the Cashier’s
Desk; give your receipt to a runner who will collect your items. If the winning bid was placed by
an Early Bidder, we will contact you on Thursday to arrange pick up of your item. Thank you
