a) New applications
15/02339 Rooksfield, Bishops Green. Erection of 2 no three bedroom houses with associated accesses.
Objection because the site is outside the settlement boundary and has been deemed “unsustainable”. It is
countryside and was made an area of special landscape quality, and is outside the village envelope. BDBC
have refused applications for development in 1971, 1976, 1978 and also in 1997 (BDB/042029) – the latter
application made by the current applicant’s family. Also the Cllrs are concerned that this application would
cause access problems on a narrow lane where it is already difficult for two vehicles to pass one another, and
also problems in exiting safely on to the C155.
15/02299 Headley Stud Farm, Newbury Road, Headley. Erection of yearling barn following demolition of
existing barn.
