Leadership Laboratory Operations Order
1. Situation: Leadership Laboratory (LLAB) will meet for the first of fourteen scheduled training sessions on 15 Jan 15.
2. LLAB: All Cadets will in-process and weigh-in at the detachment. IMT and FTP will in-process, ICL/SCL/ECL will oversee and execute the LLAB.
UOD for LLAB is Airman Battle Uniform or Black & White Equivalents. Inclement weather location for LLAB is at the Detachment.

3. Physical Training (PT): UOD for PT will be PTUs. Inclement weather location for PT will be the Recreation and Wellness Center (basketball
courts). Cadets will bring their UCF student identification cards to ALL PT sessions. PT will start at 0650 and end at 0750.

5. Safety Considerations: Always use caution when driving in unfavorable weather conditions to LLAB or Physical Training. Drive slowly when
arriving at physical training and LLAB because cadets and other pedestrians are constantly crossing the road. Remember, pedestrians have the right
of way. As a pedestrian, use situational awareness when crossing roadways. Check for incoming cars or obstruction in the roadway.
