Issues identified in the go-live or testing are continued to be addressed. The most recent were updates to
the Decision Review form to allow for longer decision comments and routing details.
Post Admit Poor Performance life cycle and Document Import Process were implemented for IUB.
The addition of a confirm/cancel button for the Send to Initial Review ad hoc task for IUPUI and IUB was
completed. This allows additional oversight of the automated decision process.
EAB Student Success Collaborative





Fixed issues with Kokomo probation students not showing; added service indicator codes to IU feed.
Continued work on home campus issue, fixing elements of display for student with multiple campus
enrollments. Home Campus issue needs additional work: there are 370 students with enrollment on
more than 1 campus. USSS and OCSS are working to clean-up 1500+ active program plan stacks where
the student has no enrollment.
Change IU feed to remove non-graded components of courses, intended to simplify view in SSC platform.
To catch up historical data for the 21 issues completed through February and those above, will send
complete historical update files March 17.
Continue to work closely with OCSS (and EAB) under new organizational structure.

“owns” each honor.

o
Programming changes are planned for the transcript to print distinction level from more than
one school with the school name, instead of with the degree.

Lifetime Engagement Executive Committee will make a decision in early March whether to select
Salesforce solutions as an enterprise-wide CRM.
Admissions eApp



Further refinements were completed for the Program for Intensive English application now that applicant
processing cycle has started. This allowed the information collected regarding their current Visa and
Citizenship status to drive further questions regarding documentation required.
Team monitors and addresses the production fatal error conditions preventing applicants from
proceeding with their application. Address length is the latest error being corrected in response to this.
Sent out the call for annual maintenance items this year. Will review with USSS and campuses with an eye
toward standardization to the extent it can be achieved in this cycle.
Compass


Resolved student specific production conditions as reported by the COMPASS representatives. These
were primarily data integrity issues which allowed errors in the manner in which COMPASS processed.
Collected and refined the requirements for enhancements planned for the coming awarding cycle in
March. Many of the issues surround the data display on the coversheet for the application packet
available from COMPASS.

been underway. Analysis of the additional impacts for resolution with the SIS team has been ongoing and
