Information Operations Planner
Location: Kabul Afghanistan
Clearance: TS/SCI
Description:
Planners will develop behavioral influence strategies and implementation plans; produce OPLANs,
annexes, appendices, FRAGOs, white papers, and other military documents; present long and short term
strategic communication overviews; prepare and present strategy assessments; and critically review
higher headquarters' plans and FRAGOs. Planners provide long-term continuity to the supported
organization.
Requirements:
• 8 + years experience as an Information Operations Planner (MILDEC, EW, or CNO experience may
count toward the total)
• Recent (within 5 years) experience in OIF, OEF, or other named operation
• Understanding of Military Decision Making Process (MDMP)
• Understanding PSYOP/MISO Planning process
• Experience with PSYOP/MISO planning at the operational level
• Demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written communications
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and adapt planning to mission requirements
• Ability to critically review and analyze issues in an vague, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous
environment
• MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Good listener and ability to translate loose guidance and meet desired effect of the client
Computer Skills:

MS Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
Education:
·
CGSC or equivalent (SAMS a plus)
·
Masters degree preferred in a social science discipline: history, sociology, psychology, political
science, etc
·
PSYOP/MISO Officers Qualification Course preferred
Military Experience Required:

Successful assignment as a staff planner to a Joint Task Force, Combatant Command, or higher
headquarters handling MISO (PSYOP), MILDEC, EW, CNO, or Special Operations planning
MISO (PSYOP) Planner

CNO Planner
Location: Kabul Afghanistan
Clearance: TS/SCI
Description:
Provide expertise/conduct/support:
·
Development of computer network operations objectives
·
Provide advice and assistance to key strategic operations synchronization team with CNO
integrating processes, procedures and products into operational planning
·
Knowledge of intelligence and interagency processes
·
Synchronization computer network operations efforts with military deception (MILDEC),
operations security (OPSEC), and military information support operations (MISO) in support of political
and military objectives
·
Provide support and subject matter expertise to maximize successful execution of theater and
strategic CNO plans
·
Provide support to an enhance Cyber requirements analysis and tracking process, including highly
focused studies and analyses to support development of processes for the identification, refinement,
and prioritization methodology of Cyber requirements
Requirements:
·
Possess 5+ years’ experience working in computer network operations with at least 2 years of
operational Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) and Attack (CNA) planning and integration
·
Knowledge of planning, targeting, synchronization and assessing Cyberspace Operations
·
Knowledge of developing CNO/CYBER Attack/Exploitation campaign strategy, plans, and orders
·
Must have experience in SIGINT and CYBER CI analysis
·
Planning experience with JOPES or service equivalent
·
USCENTCOM, GCC HQ, Joint Staff, OSD in functional area of expertise/related experience
·
Strategic / joint planning and targeting, extensive joint military planning in area of expertise
·
US Tourist Passport (current and valid)
Computer Skills:
·
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite
Education:
·
IJSTO Planner course or equivalent
·
BA/BS Degree with 5 years of experience OR a total of 9+ years of experience may be substituted
for a degree; Masters Degree preferred
·
Graduate of the Basic Cyber Network Operations Planning Course (BCNOPC)
·
IO/PSYOP discipline, SC, or PA related Joint or service school coursework in field of expertise
(documented and verifiable)
·
Service School or SAMS preferred
·
Graduate of the Joint IO Planning Course (JIOPC) preferred
Military Experience:
·
Must have previous military experience
·
Must have previous experience deployed to Iraq and/or Afghanistan
·
Must have experience working with one or more of the following: Joint/ Coalition/ SOF integration
and de-confliction issues; Network Warfare Operations; Counterinsurgency; Irregular Warfare; Special
Access Programs; Special Technical Operations; C-IED; Counterterrorism
Senior Web Developer
Location: Afghanistan
Clearance: TS/SCI
Description:
The Senior Web Developer will apply creative, technical and advisory skills to the creation, maintenance
and expansion of one or more functional public websites. They will work closely with operational
planners and content developers in order to obtain relevant new content for these websites. Therefore
the ability to work as an active member of a team is paramount. Additionally, the Senior Web Developer
will provide advice and implementation assistance on all current and future website endeavors to
functional staff sections and senior personnel, and will be called upon as a subject matter expert to
advise these on the topics of standard websites as well as Interactive Internet Activities (blogs, social
networking, etc.) Also, if additional website focused team members are hired, the Senior Web
Developer may be called on to lead a small team of developers.
Requirements:
· 3 years recent, verifiable experience developing websites using SDLC methodologies · Bachelor’s
Degree in website programming and/or graphics design; extensive relevant experience may be
substituted for degree · Provide examples of previous WCMS functional websites (Wordpress, Joomla,
Drupal) is required · Current experience in developing dynamic interactive websites using various Adobe
Creative Suite software · Expert in standard website creation tools, protocols and languages such as
HTML5, CSS3, PHP, SQL and JavaScript · Extensive experience in creating visually stunning graphics and
multimedia in formats such as PNG, JPEG, Flash · Proficient with MS Office; regular use of Word,
PowerPoint and Excel are required · Strong written and verbal communication skills; regularly required
to prepare written documentation and to deliver oral presentations to senior personnel · Ability to work
independently with minimal to no oversight is required
Networking Server requirements:
· Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the
supporting regional infrastructure · Implements network security at the regional level · Oversees the
administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure, and directs more junior team
members when necessary · Oversees the administration of the company's WAN · Builds, maintains and
manages integral platforms (SQL, Microsoft, Apple, Unix, Linux) · Maintains network security through
established best practices and commercial standards Telephony · Manages and develops upgrades to
the company's telephone system (VOIP) · Oversees all telephone changes, including routing for seating
assignments · Current U.S. civilian passport · Medically deployable in accordance with contractor
standards established by the Individual Replacement Deployment Operations (IRDO) center at Camp
Atterbury, IN
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous military experience and senior military staff experience (organizational or strategic
headquarters) · Previous experience designing multi-language websites · Strong ability to quality check
and document programming code · Computer security background · Deployed experience under the
operational framework of OIF, OND, OEF
