How to Donate Online by Credit Card
1. Go to http://www.niu.edu/campusrec/ and click on the Sport Clubs link.
2. Click on the
button.
3. Under “I'd like my gift designated to:” check the specific area button.
4. A window will pop up. Under “Choose your areas of support” click on “Student Affairs and Enrollment
Management”.
5. In the box “Don’t see it? Type in here…” type in “Campus Recreation – (insert Sport Club donating to
ex. Campus Recreation-Curling Club) If you wish to donate to Sport Clubs as a whole please put Sport
Clubs.
6. Insert dollar amount wishing to donate in the box and click the continue button.
7. Please continue to fill out the remainder to the page checking all boxes that apply to you, as well as
filling in all fields that have a red *.
8. Once you have completed the entire information click “proceed to enter credit card information.”
9. Once you have completed your credit card information click “send gift now” button.
How to Donate by Check
1. Write check out to Northern Illinois University Foundation, memo line Campus Recreation- (insert
Sport Club donating to ex. Campus Recreation-Curling Club) If you wish to donate to Sport Clubs as a
whole please put Sport Clubs.
