Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for Labor Relations support of North American PRS and EMD
facilities, providing consultation, training and policy/practice development support. The position
entails significant travel, which can occur on short notice. This position will provide strategic and
tactical guidance to senior leadership with regards to positive employee relations, labor relations
and general employment matters. The incumbent will be responsible for developing,
implementing and updating positive employee activities in all facilities in North America. The
incumbent will proactively support our Third Party Intervention program; monitor and research
labor relations policies and legal developments. The incumbent will respond to union organizing
attempts, and coordinate legal support. The incumbent will provide training and education to
employees, facilities management and leadership.
Qualifications:
Min 10 years experience maintaining union free manufacturing facilities. Bachelor
Degree (Economics, Management, HR, Industrial Relations, Law or any related discipline).
Expertise with employment and Labor Relations legal framework. Experienced in handling NLRB
maters. Proven record of successful implementation and maintenance of positive employee
relations activities in manufacturing facilities. Demonstrated skill in conflict
management/resolution techniques and problem solving skills. Proven ability to effectively
communicate with all levels of the organization (one on one and larger group settings). Fluency
in Spanish a strong asset. Experience with union organizing campaigns. Demonstrated high level
of influencing and interpersonal skills. Hands on experience managing in a manufacturing setting.
Experience in application and interpretation of organization diagnostics tools and surveys.
Experience as a trainer and facilitator. Role model for company values and ethics. Proficiency in
Word, Excel, Power Point. Ability to travel extensively across the US.

Person will be responsible for staffing, on-boarding, employee relations, policies and procedures
and all other HR functions related to the facility in Mayfield KY; may also provide HR service to
additionally facilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (prefer HR)
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing/production environment
Experienced with positive employee relations strategies
Proven leadership skills, assertiveness, initiative, planning/organizational skills and follow-up
monitoring

Responsibilities:
Source, identify, screen and interview candidates for all assigned positions to support over 100
US and international production/reman/material processing locations, using multiple sourcing
methods, such as: direct sourcing (cold calling), Internet mining/searching, posting/mining social
networking sites. Post open positions (on various job search websites, colleges/universities/trade
schools, out reach and professional organizations and social networking sites); set up and
execute direct email campaigns; data mine multiple web based resume databases for possible
candidates. Oversee and manage agreements with temporary staffing and search firms. Assist
with the development of candidate recruitment materials (position or location specific). Manage
internal posting process (via bulletin boards and ATS). Maintain HR data in ATS. Develop salary
offers utilizing company benchmarking tools. Prepare offer letters and related
documents. Coordinate background verification/drug screening. Ensure OFCCP, FCRA and I-9
compliance. Collect/manage/enter applicant flow data and other required demographic
data. Maintain recruiting reports on a monthly basis. Develop detailed work/process instructions
using MS Office. Regular contact with senior company leadership and others outside of work
group. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or some other related discipline. Minimum of 3-5 years
experience recruiting and sourcing experienced talent for a multi-location OEM, ideally should
have experiences that include recruiting for several of the following areas: Railroad
Car/Track/Signaling Reman and Recycling or Production Management, Engineering (Quality,
Manufacturing, Welding, Liaison), IT, Safety, Purchasing, Materials Management. Must have
experience with OFCCP compliance and record keeping. Prior experience with applicant tracking
systems (ideally iApplicant and Taleo). Highly developed oral and written communication
skills. Ability to relate to all levels of management and the public at large. High level of analytical
ability. High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others. Ability to work in teams
(local and geographically dispersed). Ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities and work
independently with minimal supervision. Bilingual – Spanish. Results Oriented. Ability to travel
up to 50% of the time.
