4. Terms of payment
The visit to the museum can either be paid by cash or by credit.
Tour Operators, who want to make use of credit, are required to equip their travel managers with vouchers.
The voucher shall clearly state which company the voucher is from, the company's contact information and to
which museum the voucher applies. The voucher shall further state the date and number of visitors. The
voucher must be signed by the travel guide, both in signature and block letters, and must be delivered to the
museums entrance hall staff at the group's arrival.
The Tour Operator shall in advance of the first museum-visit have submitted a sample of the voucher for the
museum to verify its validity. This also applies in cases of any subsequent changes of the voucher.
If the group arrives without correct, verifiable vouchers, the visit must be paid in cash or by credit card and
regular rates will apply.
Tour Operators who visit the Viking Ship Museum on a weekly basis, may by separate agreement use receipt
lists as a substitute for vouchers. Receipt lists are available from the hall staff and shall be completed with the
date, name and number of visitors. Receipt lists must be signed by the travel guide, both in signature and
block letters.
Invoicing will be carried out at the beginning of each month. The Tour Operator is obliged to pay the invoice
within 60 days from the date of invoice.
5. Denunciation and cessation
The agreement may, without further justification, be terminated by either party with one month’s notice.
Upon material breach the agreement may be terminated with immediate effect. Disregard of deadline for
payment or insolvency constitute material breach.
6. Resale
This agreement is exclusive between the parties. The Tour Operator cannot without written consent from
MCH assign the agreement to another Tour Operator.
On behalf of the Tour Operator I hereby accept the terms of the agreement
