The following questions and their answers are hereby incorporated into and made part of the
above referenced Proposal:
(Q) QUESTIONS and (A) ANSWERS
Q1.
Would the City of Denver be interested in a solution that proposes providing a port at the
following Points-of-Presence (PoP)? This solution could potentially result in significant
costs savings and give the City the ability to scale bandwidth to as high as 10 Gb. (The
City would procure transport ‘last mile service’ from the PoP to their facilities at 201
Colfax and 10 Galapagos.)

expectation is that the handoff to the City will be at 201 W. Colfax and 10
Galapagos.
Q2.
Will the City and awarded vendor be able to merge the City's contract document with
awarded vendor's Master Services Agreement?

provided.

the project?
