only have to login once to enjoy free access to WiFi at all 40,000+
locations?!?
Interested in being part of the brand team responsible for helping to spread
the word about Shaw’s Go WiFi network in your local community?
We are currently seeking friendly, outgoing and motivated individuals to
support the merchandising of 29,000+ Shaw Go WiFi neighborhood hotspots
and represent Shaw Communications in Nanaimo and the surrounding area
for approximately 7 weeks.
Responsibilities:





Embody the exceptional service values of Shaw Communication Inc.,
acting as the Territory Representative for their network of Go WiFi
Hotspot locations in your region
Utilizing a predetermined territory routing schedule, you will liaise with
owners and managers of a multitude of local businesses in your
territory, including coffee shops, restaurants, offices, theatres,
transportation hubs and more
Gain the permission of owners and managers to identify their local
business as a Shaw Hotspot location using POS branding materials
(window clings, tent cards, posters, etc.) supplied by Shaw
Submit ongoing digital feedback reports for each participating Go WiFi
Hotspot location
This is NOT a sales job. You are only responsible for helping to grow
the relationship between Shaw and it’s Go WiFi partners
Qualifications:
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Experience dealing with the public, ideally in a retail environment
 Positive, outgoing attitude
 Articulate and able to communicate complex thoughts or ideas
concisely
 Flexible and able to work as a cohesive team

Approachable, presentable, inviting and reliable
Physical & Logistics Requirements:
 Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel regionally up
to 2.5 hours from your home office
 All contractors must posses a valid driver’s license
 Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. unaided
 Ability to accept courier shipments at your home office
 You must own a smartphone (iPhone, Android, Windows)
Compensation:
 This is a part-time contract position, with remuneration negotiated
based on the size of the established regional territory
 Travel, fuel and phone expenses will be paid using standardized rate
based on territory routing schedules
 All wages and expenses are paid bi-Weekly
 This job features flexible activation hours
