£246.26 remaining in getting started funds to be used
to purchase publicity material for distributing at the
Community Celebration Day in the City Centre on the
30th August
Plan out with Examiner due back 28th August
Referendum provisionally targeted for 16th October
Postal Voting will be allowed which should improve
turnout. PCC to support campaign to encourage
turnout for ballot using Citizen Zone bus to encourage
voter registration as part of Individual Voter

Rosie Green agreed to put forward some
recommendations on the implications of becoming a
Social Enterprise and report to next meeting. All exec
members agreed to answer any questions from RG

PCC are minded to agree to act as an LTO on our
behalf.

New Hall Lane Planters
Rosie Green and Rosie Patterson gave a detailed
presentation of their plans
They gave details of the extensive consultation which
is to be carried out including flyers to be delivered to
all businesses and residents in the affected area.
They gave an outline of the estimated costs,
identified the proposed partners and details of the
residents survey which is to be undertaken

Waverley Park
LCC and PCC are proposing the creation of a
masterplan for Waverley Park. This will generate a
strategy for the plan which should assist in targeting
funding applications

come from an Arts Council grant.
