Lutcher High School Yearbook Bundle Order Form
Bundle Prices are good until October 1st. After October 1st, Bundle A will NOT be available and
add $5 to the remaining bundles. After February 6th, no Bundles can be purchased. You may still
purchase items but they will have to be done separetly.
 The Prom shirt and Senior yard sign will have their own order form. Please make sure you fill those out
and turn in with this order form. If you purchase a bundle, ignore the price on the flyer. The price
represent individual purchases.
 All DVDs will be given out in May.
o Multiple DVD purchases will be put on one/two DVD(s) to be burned.
o Please note that if you purchase any Senior Athletic Banquet, Awards Nights, and/or Graduation
DVD that this DVD will be given out in June because time is needed to create these events that
happen in mid and late May.

Bundle Order forms may be turned in with payment to the LHS main office or Mrs. Michelle Clement in
Room 705 by February 1st. Make checks payable to Lutcher High School. If you are not purchasing a bundle,
other items can be bought from the LHS main office or Mrs. Michelle Clement in Room 705 throughout the
school year.
Any student who purchases a Bundle before October 1st will be
entered into win multiple prizes.

The LHS Publications class is offering a Class
of 2015 yard sign for $20 to celebrate your
graduate’s accomplishments! Signs are
18”x24” and single-sided. Signs will be
ordered the 2nd week of October. The yard
signs are also included in the Senior Class
Bundle for a discounted price. Please fill
out this form even if you purchase a

Celebrate Prom!
Purchase a Prom Shirt
The LHS Publications class is selling a Prom
shirt for $20. Shirts will be ordered the 2nd
week of February. The Prom shirt is included
in multiple bundles for a discounted price.

a bundle. Colors and design of the shirt are
not known at this time. Once a Prom theme
is selected, the shirt color and design will
be decided.
