How to get a Younger Looking Skin, Naturally.
As we age, we lose the natural vitamin C in our skin. Luckily, lemons contain the vitamin C we need to
look and feel fresh again. There are few ways Vitamin C can help to turn back the clock.
1. Get Rid of Those Age Spots! How? Easy!
Dab lemon juice onto your age spots daily and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes .

Wrinkles form on the parts of your face that move the most. Underneath your top layer of skin, you
have collagen – a connecting tissue that keeps your skin layers together. As you get older, you start to

it doesn’t contain chemicals) with half a lemon (preferably organic) and rub it gently into your skin on
circular movements. If you have sensitive skin, dilute the lemon in mineral water. Then, wash your
face with a lot of water.
c.) Nourishment: It is time to nourish your skin.
Using vitamin C on your skin helps boost your collagen, which will bring elasticity back to your skin
and can prevent wrinkles and sagging in as little as two weeks.

Natural anti-wrinkle mask: To make a lemon anti-wrinkle mask a teaspoon of honey, a
few drops of lemon juice and a drop of sweet almond oil. Apply this mixture on the face and
allow it to dry for 20 minutes and wash off.

Natural hydration mask: Make a mixture with a spoon (tea) with honey (organic) and a
spoon (tablespoon) of all natural plain yogurt (organic) … Let this delicious mask sit for 20
