The student must submit an e-copy and hard copy of their project/paper to their supervisor and two readers,
and the Cultural Studies office. Faculty and committee members have 10 working days to submit an
evaluation of pass or fail to the graduate assistant. No written evaluation is required unless the evaluation is
negative.

N.B. Students must continue to register each term until all degree requirements are complete, including defense of the
thesis. Failure to do so will result in automatic withdrawal from the program. When you submit this form to the Graduate
