Lectures on GNSS & its Applications
Detailed Instructions
1. Lectures on GNSS & its Applications will be held on 8th Oct 2015 at NCRG Auditorium
from 09 am – 5 pm.
2. Only those students will be allowed to participate who will be nominated by the school.
Nominations through Student Registration Form (attached with this document) should
reach Assistant Manager Fawad Zulfiqar by 30th Sep 2015 through courier, email or
website link: www.suparco.gov.pk.
3. Each School can send max 3 students and one teacher for this event.
4. Every participating student should bring photocopy of completely filled and duly attested
by head of dept on the day of the events.
5. Schools are suggested to arrange their own transport as Pick & Drop facility is not
available.
6. Only participating students are allowed to enter.
7. It is also suggested not to bring any food items and drinks, refreshment is arranged for
participants.
8. Art material for the painting competition will be provide; do not bring any drawing/
painting material.
9. Team should report to Manager Syed Zahid Jamal, at NCRG at 09:10 am on 8th October
2015, any team reported after 0945 am will be disqualified from competition.
10. Certificate distribution ceremony will be held at NCRG Auditorium on 8th Oct 2015.
Any change in the program will be communicated in due time.

Rules for Painting Competition
 A painting competition will be held after the lectures on the topic of ‘Space and Pakistan’.
 The group of students from each school will be given exactly one hour for this activity, after
which the judges will decide the winning school.
 Crayons, color pencils, stationary and A3 sheet will be provided. The students are not allowed to
bring their own stationary.
 One group can only submit one painting.
 School staff may help/critique but may not participate in the competition.
 The organization reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or ineligible entries.
