Section 10: PHOTOGRAPHY

Entry Fee: $1.00
Rules and Regulations:
1. Photos previously awarded prizes are not eligible to enter.
2. All exhibits must be mounted on white or buff coloured card which will take thumb tacks.
3. The class and the name of the exhibitor must be written clearly on the back of the card.
4. You may title your photograph.
5. Exhibits not to exceed 21cm x 30cm (incl. mount) except in classes 28 & 29.
6. Exhibits with entry form and fees will be received at the Show pavilion by the steward no later
than 4pm on Tuesday the 18th of November.
7. Exhibits are to be collected at close of show 4.30pm Sunday.
8. Judging will be on Wednesday 19th of November. The public are invited at 8pm for a wine and
cheese Prize Presentation Night for both Photography and Art sections.
9. Any prizes not collected on the Wednesday night at the presentation must be collected from the
Show Secretary’s office by 4pm on the final day of the Show.
10. Note all entries may be displayed due to limited space.
11. All winning entries will be displayed
12. All care will be taken with exhibits but no responsibility will be assumed for loss or damage to
exhibits
13. Stewards reserve the right to re-class photo’s that have been entered in the wrong section or
class
14. Posted entries must be clearly marked and return postage provided by exhibitor ( self addressed,
stamped envelope required)
15. Entries to be hand delivered to Show Secretaries office from date until 4pm 18 th November or
posted to Dorrigo Show Photography c/- Dorrigo Guy Fawkes Ag assoc inc PO Box 153 Dorrigo
NSW 2453
16. Sections 1-14 for amateur photographers only
17. Sections 23-28 for professional, semi professional and commercial photographers ie anyone
promoting themselves as a business, selling photographs or making any form of income from
photographic services
18. All other sections open to all competitors
