We request you to kindly note the following tournament details:
Date of Tournament : 7th to 10th October 2013 (4 days)
Reporting Time : The teams shall report on 6th October 2013.
Registration of teams will begin from 3.30 pm to 5.30pm .The team Manager’s meeting will be held at
6.00pm on 6th October 2013.
Opening Ceremony :The participating schools should take part in opening ceremony. Every team shall
carry their school flag for the purpose of march past.
Participation in March past is compulsory; failing which their right to participate will be forfeited.
Age : Under 14 years. Born on or after 01.01.2000
Under 19 years. Born on or after 01.01.1995
LODGING AND BOARDING:
1. The organizing School will provide food and accommodation for the participants, on demand basis and
need to pay Rs 250/-(Rupees Two Hundred and fifty only) per Head /day which can be remitted at the time
of registration. (Refer to CBSE Circular).
2. Managers are requested to collect the food coupon well in advance.
3. The team members may please be instructed to observe discipline, code of Conduct and to use the school
properly with utmost care.
4. School will not be responsible for any kind of loss of valuables including gold ornaments and mobile.
5. Participating Teams staying on campus are requested to fill the attached proforma and mail to
canaracbse@yahoo.in on or before 21/09/2013.
6. Class room accommodation with toilet and bathroom facilities will be provided to the team members on
campus. Mattress and Quilts etc. can be provided on rental basis if the request is sent in advance in writing.
7. Participating schools are requested to bring 2 Nos. of School Flag.
8. Participating Teams staying outside the campus are requested to make their own arrangement for food
and refreshment.
TRANSPORTATION:
For the convenience of the participating teams the buses will be available at KSRTC bus stand and Railway
stations.You are requested to inform about your arrival in advance over telephone to Mr Avinash (Mob
No:9591302897) and Mr Puneeth(Mob No: 8867901983) or by Email.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION
The following documents should be produced at the time of registration.
a) Attested copy of Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth (Class X and above any certificate issued by
CBSE having date of birth)
b) For Class X & XII students, copy of class IX/XI registration card.
c) For Class IX & XI students, copy of CBSE online Registration with photo.
d) Team photo with Principal.
e) Identity card as specified by the CBSE .
f) Copy of Annual Sports Fee paid to CBSE (Annual sports fee is Rs 5000/- by CBSE).
OPENING AND CLOSING CEREMONY
The Inaugural Ceremony on 7th October 2013 at 8:30 a.m. at Canara Tennis Academy, Mangala Stadium,
Mangalore
The Valedictory ceremony on 10th October 2013 at 2;30 p.m. at Ramakrishna Tennis Academy.
