Welcome – Greg Snow
Call to Worship – Jesus Christ is Born (Congregation read bold print)
Hear the Good News:
Jesus Christ is born!
Lift up your voices:
Jesus Christ is born!
Break forth together into song:
Joy to the world our Lord has come!
Song of Praise – Go Tell it on the Mountain
Come, Let Us Worship (John 4;23-24; Psalm 95:6)
But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for
the Father is seeking such people to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in
spirit and truth. Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!
Song of Praise – The First Noel
Save His People (Francis Schaeffer)
The second person of the Trinity lies in the manger for a reason. Because He loves the world, He has come not
just to eliminate the peripheral results of man’s fall; He is here to cut to the very nerve of man’s real dilemma, to
solve the problem from which all other problems flow. The “condition of man” is not what modern man thinks it
is. Man is a sinner who needs an overwhelming love. Jesus has come to save His people from their sins.
Song of Worship – Away In A Manger
Worship the Lord (John Samuel Bewley Monsell)
O worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness!
Bow down before Him, His glory proclaim;
With gold of obedience, and incense of lowliness,
Kneel and adore Him: the Lord is His Name!
Song of Praise – Jesus the Son of God

That Beautiful Name - (Hymn written by Jean Perry)
Every one of us should take time daily to think about what Jesus Christ did for mankind. We should meditate upon
His importance in our lives. We should contemplate His power, His love, and His holiness. This particular hymn,
written by Jean Perry, focuses on His name as encouraging and comforting. We know One Who can save us and
free us from sin! Be encouraged as you listen to these words today.
I know of a name, a beautiful name, that angels bro’t down to earth;
They whispered it low, one night long ago, to a maiden of lowly birth.
That beautiful name, that beautiful name from sin has power to free us!
That beautiful name, that wonderful name, that matchless name is Jesus!
The One of that name my Savior became, my Savior of Calvary;
My nails nailed Him there, my burdens to bear, He suffered all this for me.
That beautiful name, that beautiful name from sin has power to free us!
That beautiful name, that wonderful name, that matchless name is Jesus!
Songs of Praise – I Will Glory In My Redeemer/I Will Sing of My Redeemer
