ENRICHMENT ACTIVITY– Prepare a simple French recipe at home and bring your
dish in to share with the class. You could either make a QUICHE LORRAINE or a
TARTE AU FROMAGE ET AU CITRON. The teacher will provide copies of the
recipes. If you wish to not do any cooking at all, you could see the teacher for a different
project.

You will design your own French café menu! From our day doing research in the
computer lab, and on your own time, you will research examples of café menus and
design your own USING MICROSOFT PUBLISHER or approved technology
application. Be sure to include French food items, prices in Euros, and include a name
and times that your café is open. Your classmates will vote on the best one!
