Specifications for ½ Ton Pickup Truck, 4 X 2
1. ENGINE: Gas engine, V8, minimum 4.6L; standard alternator and battery; Standard
cooling system.
2. TRANSIMISSION: Minimum 4 speed automatic.
3. AXLES: Standard axle ratio for specified engine/transmission combination.
4. PERFORMANCE ITEMS: Standard instrumentation; power steering.
5. COMFORT ITEMS: Air Conditioning; all glass tinted; AM-FM radio; speed control.
6. SAFETY ITEMS: 4-wheel anti-lock brake system; power windows and door locks; dual
outside mirrors; daytime running lights; air bags, driver and passenger.
7. TIRES & WHEELS: Five (5) Manufacturer’s standard radial tires; matching spare tire
and wheel, frame mounted; jack and lug wrench.
8. CHASSIS, FRAME, CAB: Minimum 6050 lbs. GVWR; 1650 lbs. nominal payload;
wheelbase 119.0 inch minimum, 121.0 inch maximum; fleet side body, minimum 75.0
inch inside box length; step-type rear bumper, factory installed; all Manufacturer’s
standard colors.

9. CONDITIONS: Contractor shall provide a Manufacture’s printout (Chrysler “DIAL

aftermarket components, if specified, must be noted on the Manufacture’s printout.
