SAFETY HAZARD INSPECTION CHECKLIST
Mandated by Cal/OSHA (CCR T8 §3203), workplace
hazard inspections are the core element of an effective
Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
This Safety Hazard Inspection Checklist is a general
checklist to help identify and assess unsafe or
unhealthy work conditions. When such conditions are
found, immediate corrective action must be taken.
