Owners shall report on
a quarterly basis. Rule 002
quarterly reports shall be
submitted to the Commission
by the last day of the month
following the end of each
quarter. For clarity, Quarter 1,
Quarter 2, Quarter 3 and
Quarter 4 reports shall be
submitted on April 30, July 31,
October 31 and January 31,
respectively. Rule 002
quarterly reports shall contain
all service quality measures
prescribed in this rule, except
where the information is only
required to be provided in an
annual report, as described
below.
