Fundraising events: On Saturday 13th October, The practices’ social committee organised a ‘Race Night' in aid of the children's crèche at the Children’s Centre, which raised £273 on the night and with additional sponsorship monies to come we raised more than £400. The staff at The Children's Centre crèche were there to witness the event and we were particularly touched when they told us how much they had enjoyed the evening and how refreshing it was to see such a close knit team having fun together outside of work. Thanks go out to Tam Begum - Senior Receptionist at Riverside Medical Centre, Chris Hall - Admin Assistant at Kingston Medical Centre and Claire Garrett - Receptionist at the Quays, for all the hard work putting on an event like that took. Children in Need Pudsey was also very happy with us – on the 15th & 16th November, our very own Chris Hall donned a Pudsey costume and rattled his bucket all over, visiting each practice, head quarters and our newly managed practice in Bridlington. Ali Green, Project Manager, baked and sold gingerbread cookies to staff. Donna Sullivan – Data Quality Manager organised Pudsey games and everyone paid £1 to wear something spotty for a day - thanks to everyone's combined efforts we raised £247.50.
