Weather during the previous forecast period
According to meteorological data recorded at Agro meteorological Observatory, Pusa
(Bihar), average maximum and minimum temperature were 28.8°C and 20.9°C respectively.
Average relative humidity was 80 percent at 0700 hrs and 48 percent at 1400 hrs. Soil
temperature at 5 cm depth was 24.5°C at 0700 hrs and 33.1°C at 1400 hrs. Average wind
speed, daily sunshine hours and average daily evaporation were 6.1 km/hr, 4.4 hours and 5.3
mm respectively. No rainfall was recorded during this period.

To see the possibilities of light rainfall in forecasted periods, farmers are
advised to harvesting and threshing of wheat crop with precaution.

Monitoring is advised for infestation of pod borer in Tomato Crop,
installation of pheromone traps @ 3-4 traps per acre is advised.

the soil, deep ploughing in fallow land is advised.
Special attention should be given to milch animals with regard to feed. Give
lot of clean water to the animals and keep them in the shaded place.
