Entry fee is $160/team.
Deadline is Friday, November 15, 2013.
Players must be current APTA members or pay a $20 Limited Membership Fee. Good for one
tournament. Call the APTA Office at 888-744-9490 or apply online at www.platformtennnis.org to
purchase a membership.
Entry fee covers balls, favors, snacks, lunch, & fun competition (priceless)!
Open Draw size is limited to 32 teams. B Draw is available (8 team minimum). Draws will be posted
by Thursday, Nov. 21.
Friday is main draw (We will try to fit in the whole day if possible). Please plan accordingly. Start
times will be emailed.
Weather permitting all entrants will be scheduled for three matches. All main draw matches will be best
2 out of 3 sets. The APTA 12 point tiebreaker will be used throughout.
Because of F & B and favor commitments, entry fee is non-refundable after Nov. 15.
