PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES OCTOBER 23

Dear Parents:
We are preparing for our annual Parent/Teacher Conferences. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your child’s
progress and to answer any questions you may have. All conferences will be limited to 15 minutes, so it is imperative that you
arrive at your scheduled time. If you feel you need additional time, you will need to schedule another conference with the teacher
for a different day.
Conferences for parents of students in grades K through 5 will be scheduled on Thursday, October 23, 2014 from1:00
p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Students will not report to school on this day. Conferences may be scheduled at another time if
agreeable with you and your child’s teacher.
On the form below, please indicate your choice of time for your conference. Return a completed form for EACH child.
Conferences will be scheduled with the HOMEROOM TEACHER only. If you desire a conference with another teacher, you will
need to arrange time on another day.
Conferences will be scheduled as the forms are returned on a first-come, first-serve basis. All conference forms must be
returned by FRIDAY, September 26, 2014. If requests are made after the 26th, they will be scheduled in available times without
preference. Remember, the later you return your form, the less likely you will get your preference.
