New College House
Furniture/Room Information
Double Room
The New College House, completed summer of 2011, houses approximately 184
students. First-year students are centrally located on the north and south halls of
floors 2, 3, and 4 in standard double rooms. Upper class students reside in the suites
and apartments flanking the building. Window blinds are provided in all rooms. The
furniture is not fixed in place and can be moved around. Because all residence hall
rooms are fully furnished, the College does not permit students to bring upholstered
furniture to campus.

The house has a kitchen on the first floor equipped with a refrigerator, microwave,
and induction stove. The house also has a common lounge on each floor, and study
rooms off of the first-floor Great Room. Every floor has single gender bathrooms,
which are a short walk from each dorm room. Laundry facilities are located on the
lower level.
