Prom Theme proposals are due at our Jr. Prom meeting
For a sample of a proposal format, please stop by the Library and see Mr.
Hollein.
Proposals need to be VISUAL and include a proposed:
• Theme Title
• Colors
• Decorations as they could appear on the auditorium stage for the
Grand March
• What will be in the showcases outside of the auditorium (place where
names of people attending the prom are placed)
• Ticket
• Table Decorations, linen and napkins colors for the hotel
• Sample ideas for a menu that would match the theme
Suggestions for submitting a theme:
 PowerPoint, Social Media (Pinterest), Tri-Fold Presentation Board
The person(s) submitting the theme idea will present at the meeting. The
committee will vote on all the proposals.
Winning theme gets a free and or reduced price Prom Ticket – no more
than 4 people per group
