HCG WEIGHT LOSS DROPS MY STORY 29
POUNDS DOWN BABY!
My name is Angelica Monarrez I am 25 years old. I have
struggled with weight gain since I was very young.
Although my weight gain wasn’t as drastic as some may
think it was still affecting my life & the way I felt.
I always have been dieting & have done many diets.
Until I finally Came across Hcg the first time I tried the
diet I went to a doctor where I was giving injections &
had to go weekly to him to get them. Well actually I
didn’t even really see the doctor just the assistant, &
was being charged 85 dollars a week. I did see weight
loss but it ended up being so pricy I just stopped. I felt
like I didn’t even need to see the doctor because they
weren’t really monitoring me they were just selling the
injections & doing “ what they called a consultation &
check up.” Then I discovered Hcg weight loss drops, I
purchased them for 110 & it came with a bottle of b12
vitamins for a one-month supply. Sounded more
reasonable & the best thing about it was that there was
more variety in food, & I could have 800-1000 calories a
day compared to the restricted 500 calories a day I was
having before on the injections! There are no rounds in
this HCG because there is no immunity to it, which
means you, could continue until you have lost all your
desired weight.
I was so excited to be able to eat mushrooms
cauliflower; I could even have a slice of special raison
cinnamon eziquiel bread.
My height is 5’3 I weighed 138 pounds 7 weeks later I
am now at 110 pounds & have never been so happy. I
have 3 more pound to go before I begin my maintence
phase.
Doing this diet was difficult at first & I know there has
been a lot of controversy about it. I believe it is a great
diet. It has not only showed me the rights foods to eat. I
now prepare my meals & am eating healthy. Yes, the
diet it restricted, but with the portions of protein fruits
& vegetables you body will be fine.
Just because you aren’t filling your body with loaded
calories like cheese burgers, fries fast foods, which
make up for thousands of calories with just these 800
you body is getting what it needs, & using it’s own fat
calories to loose weight. So you are not staring yourself.
I am no doctor nor do I claim to be. I just know
struggling with weight all my life affects me not only
physically but also mentally. I know many people are
self conscious about their physical appearance & there
weight, which leads to depressions, diabetes, & other
risk that being over weight, causes.
I don’t believe that everyone need to be so skinny or
that heavy women aren’t beautiful, but I do know that
everyone wants to be healthier, & learn the proper
foods to eat for a healthy lifestyle. Gosh losing a few
pounds for summer will put a smile on everyone face
regardless of how much you want to loose.
I am 111 pounds & some people may thing omg that is
so skinny, Honestly it’s perfect for me, my body style
isn’t thick unfortunately I was not blessed with the big
curves or big booty, or do I gain weight in the right
places. Geez…. When I gain weight it goes straight to my
arms face, back & a big tire around my waist! GROSS
Not saying I am not happy with myself because I am
blessed no matter what. & Am thankful in everyway &
aspect of my life & myself. I AM TOO BLESSED!
I am writing this because I want to help people start this
protocol & feel motivated!
You could loose .5-2 pound a day. It took me a little
longer because I did cheat a few times. & When you
cheat gosh it takes about three days to see weight loss
even if you go back on the diet immediately. Also I do
have outing with my boyfriend & an occasional drink is
hard for me to say no :/ but I only ordered Bacardi &
club soda or vodka and club soda, & wouldn’t see any
weight gain sometimes I would still loose sometimes I
wouldn’t. It just depends on what I ate that day & how
much alcohol I did consume. Figuring that each shot of
Bacardi or vodka has roughly 60 calories. THE DIET
DOEN’T REQUIRE EXERSISE. I WOULD EXERCISE A
FEW TIMES A WEEK WORKING OUT MY ARMS
STOMACH & LEGS BECAUSE MY INTIAL GOAL IS TO
GET TONED. ONCE I GET TO MAINTENCE PHASE I WILL
START CARDIO SO EXCITED!
This diet isn’t for everyone if you can’t commit to
something then takes my advice & don’t even start. You
need to finish the program including maintenance,
which is 3 week of no carbs and sugars without the
drops. On maintenance you will have 1600-1800
calories, which should be a piece of cake! You need to do
maintenance so are retraining your Hypothalamus, and
you don't want to have to exist on 1200 calories a day
the rest of your life. Eat plenty of protein--this is very
important. As long as you avoid starches and sugars,
you can indulge in more fat and even a small quantity of
alcohol [like a glass of wine]. BUT--adding starches or
sugars to this will most likely make things get "out of
hand".
