Final Project Evaluation Rubric
Honors Scholarship Project
Artistic Projects
Many students decide to complete artistic projects for their Honors Scholarship Projects,
whether that is writing a novel, producing an art installation, composing a musical composition,
etc. In addition to producing the work of art, students should also complete a 10-15 page
evaluation of their project that discusses:




The questions or creative challenges that underlie the work.
The literature consulted in the process of preparing for and completing their project.
The methods selected for producing the work.
Reflections about the relevance of the topic and its creative pursuit to the Christian
vocation, when appropriate.
Please use this rubric to evaluate your student’s paper and artistic work.
