NCC Transportation
***Meeting attendees are strongly encouraged to utilize transportation provided by NCC
between the Crowne Plaza hotel and NETL. Parking at NETL is extremely restricted/limited.***
NETL Security Information
All visitors, with the exception of those with a standard Department of Energy (DOE) badge, must obtain a
visitor badge from NETL Security to access NETL facilities. In order to receive a visitor badge, you must provide
NETL Security with proof of U.S. Citizenship, such as a valid photo ID, driver’s license or passport. Please do
not bring any camera or recording devices. Photos and audio recordings are prohibited. Cell phones are
allowed but use of cell phone cameras is prohibited.
Foreign Nationals are required to complete documents 142.1-1A at least 45 days in advance of the meeting
(by Sept. 14th). Please contact the NCC office at 202-756-4524 or info@NCC1.org for the document. A color
scan of the guest’s passport and visa must accompany the document when submitted. Nationals from
terrorist-supporting countries will not be approved for this meeting.
