Teeth & Eating – identify different types of

Music: Discover different methods of
playing unpitched percussion; Compose
and notate a percussion piece using
graphic notation. Learn about singing,
clapping and skipping games and
compose their own.

Grammar & Punctuation – use of paragraphs; use
of fronted adverbials and use of commas to
demarcate clauses; use of standard English in spoken
and written English; use of correct verb inflections;
appropriate choice of nouns and pronouns in
sentences
Spellings & Handwriting – use dictionaries
efficiently; use of prefixes and words of Greek
and French origin; developing fluency and

History – gain an understanding of a Chinese Dynasty; the
achievements of the civilisation; where and when it took

Geography – Study a country in Europe – Italy. Use
digital maps / atlases to identify physical and human
features, locate landmarks.
