Monoclonal antibodies against SVCV selected with good affinity which will be used in the
ELISA tests or Colloidal gold Strip;

Expressing the complete glycoprotein of SVCV in the baculovirus expressing system and insect
cell line;

Selecting 8 antibodies against purified SVCV virions with the phage display libraries which will
be used in the ELISA tests or Colloidal gold Strip;

RT-PCR kits, real-time PCR kits and LAMP kits for SVCV were prepared.

Validation of the susceptibility of grass carp ovary cell line (CO) for SVCV.
