Meeting called to order at 1733
Quorum established with both Dr. Owens and Dr. Jandrey present.
Call for Last minute additions to agenda.
Approved prior meeting’s minutes (May 5 , 2015)
Unfinished business:
i) HCV/Club presidents/Club treasurers meeting in September to discuss HCV policy.
(1) All reps, presidents, treasurers required to sign HCV policy
ii) Merrill Edge (investment)
(1) SCAVMA, as a non-profit organization, does not qualify for business investment accounts
(2) Treasurer will look into options we are eligible for as we still would like to invest our savings.
(3) Chanel will help Crystal find out more investment options for non-profit organization.
(a) Chanel emailed Fidelity Investments and is awaiting reply.
