Tickets for these events are on sale now from via the Ticketmaster website click here.
To book a disabled access ticket, customers are advised to call the disabled access
ticketing team on 0800 988 4440. The phone line is open Monday to Friday 09.00 to
18.00 and Saturday 10.30 to 15.30. Disabled, wheelchair user access, and easy access
tickets will accommodate a carer to enter free as required.
Getting to the Park:
All customers are strongly advised to arrive by public transport. Stratford and Queen
Elizabeth Olympic Park (QEOP) have some of the best and most accessible public
transport links in London. More information is available on the QEOP website:

The pedestrian route from Stratford Station to the Park is level and over good
hardstanding surfaces. The distance to the Stadium is approximately 1km and takes 1520 minutes. Alternatively, there is a public and accessible bus route (388) that runs from
Stratford City Bus Station to Westfield Avenue/Waterden Rd every 10mins approx.

Stadium Ticket Holders:
For Blue Badge Stadium ticket holders arriving by car, a number of Blue Badge spaces
will be available in close proximity to the Stadium (see map). Pre-booking of Blue Badge
parking spaces is required by calling 0800 0722 110. The car park will close half an
hour after the event finishes. On Sunday the car park will close at 7pm to enable
visitors to enjoy the NPD festival.
There are no other public car parking facilities available on Queen Elizabeth Olympic
Park for this event.
Park Mobility Service:
Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park operates a Park Mobility service for Park visitors who
require additional mobility support and assistance. Mobility ‘golf’ buggies will operate on
the Park taking customers from the Park’s Information Point to the Stadium for this
event. Customers can also hire a mobility scooter or manual wheelchair. Details of the

Pre-booking of the Park Mobility equipment is strongly advised and bookings will be
taken on a first come, first served basis by calling 0800 0722 110 and quoting Park
Mobility. It is not necessary to book the ’golf’ buggy service; these will run a regular
shuttle service between the Park Information Point and the Stadium.
SUNDAY ONLY:
National Paralympic Day festival visitors (including visitors to the Liberty Festival
and those with Aquatics tickets who wish to pre-book Blue Badge parking):
For Blue Badge holders who are attending the outside festival on the south lawn on
Sunday there will be parking provided at a temporary facility on Pool Street (see map).
Pre-booking of Blue Badge parking spaces is required by calling 0800 0722 110.
NB: There are a number of Blue Badge spaces for everyday users of the Aquatics
Centre at the venue that cannot be pre-booked.
For disabled customers arriving by taxi, a drop off point is located on Pool St. in close
proximity to the Aquatics Centre, Stadium and South Park Lawn (see map).
Dial a Ride Service:
On Sunday, TFL will provide a free Dial a Ride shuttle service between Platform 13
(Jubilee Line) at Stratford Station and the temporary passenger drop off point. This is
intended for disabled customers only and passengers will need to be members of Dial a
Ride, though can join on the day. THIS SERVICE IS ONLY OPERATIONAL ON
SUNDAY (NATIONAL PARLAYMPIC DAY) not on Friday or Saturday.
Stadium Egress 16.30 – 17.30
Please note we are unable to provide access to/egress from the temporary event Blue
Badge parking, London Aquatics Centre Blue Badge parking, the drop off point, or the
Dial a Ride service during peak stadium egress on Sunday ue to road closures and
pedestrian numbers. Exit from the Stadium Blue Badge parking will be possible at this
time, please have enjoy the performances while you wait.
