Brief Description of

Project Description
& Goals
What is the question you’re trying to answer or the problem you’re trying
to solve? What analytic work will be required of students? If the public
policy dimension is not self-evident, please summarize it briefly.
NOTE: In proposing the project, please keep in mind that the student team is
expected to spend a total of 300 to 400 hours on the project, spread over 12
weeks. Some team members may have pre-existing knowledge about the
substantive topic of the project, but this cannot be counted upon.
